MEXICAN-STYLE LAGER

Sea Señor is our interpretation of a classic Mexican Lager. Brewed with German pilsner and American
malts and a small percentage of corn,, this pilsner is clean and crisp with a sweet bready maltiness.
Noble European hops give the beer a floral and spicy bitterness, with a lingering, dry finish.

Agavamente celebrates the blending of cultures by infusing a traditional pilsner with Mexican agave
syrup and hibiscus, for a playful twist on a refreshing agua de jamaica (Jamaica is Spanish for Hibiscus).

Mango IPA

INDIA PALE ALE BREWED WITH MANGO AND SPICES
ABV 6.5% IBU 45

]This beer is an ode to the popular street food found south of the border—fresh mango sprinkled with
Tajín. Our version takes a classic American IPA and adds a blend of dried chili and lime (our spin on the
classic spice blend), and a hefty dose of fresh mango purée added post-fermentation. The end result is a
hop-forward IPA bursting with tropical fruit, and a lingering, slightly earthy chili spiciness.

Ay Chelita

Stone fruit (apricot), melon and citrus notes
ABV 7% IBU 50

This beer is assertively dank and tropical, with hints of guava, melon and citrus. The IPA uses a small amount of Neomexicanus hops—the only hops indigenous to the American Southwest.

Our Aniversario 1 melds the best of San Diego y Baja. We collaborated with esteemed Valle de Guadalupe chef, Javier Plascencia—he provided inspiration with his famed grilled octopus recipe, and Brewmaster Ryan crafted a new-world saison to perfectly pair with the dish. This celebratory ale is brewed with Mexican honey and epazote, then dry-hopped with fresh cilantro layered for a complex spice and a dry, refreshing finish. We hope that one sip of this pairing transports you to the crossroads. ¡Salud!

Pan A Flores is an ode to our city's patron saint, Saint Diego. Legend has it, Saint Diego performed a miracle when he took bread from the monastery to feed the poor. He was questioned on his way out of the convent, and miraculously, when asked to open his robes the bread turned into flowers. The story of Saint Diego's bread to flowers, or "Pan a Flores", is the inspiration behind our holiday release. This expertly crafted strong porter is brewed with cajeta, cinnamon, Oaxacan coffee, and Mexican chocolate for a truly festive holiday ale.

Sea Reina

Dark Lager

Subtle flavors of chocolate and carmel
ABV 5.2% IBU 18

Sea Reina is a clean crisp dark lager. Not quite black but a deep dark mahogany colored lager that takes many notes from Sea Señor and then adds a bit of depth of malty, toasty sweetness and a hit of chocolate that makes for easy drinking.
